Occupation: Pirate/Thief
Character past/History:
Fran was born into a reclusive forest clan that dubbed themselves the Viera. They are people of the forest and they lived their lives in totally seclusion from the outside world, and very few outsiders actually know about the existence of the Viera. The Viera clan is a woman dominated society, and many Viera women claim to have the ability to “feel” the forest.
When she was a child, Fran was raised to be a strong and independent woman. Fran was taught the ways of the forest, and she even felt like she was gaining the special ability of “feeling” the forest.
At the age of sixteen, Fran was hunting in the forest for a white doe. Her chase led her to the forbidden grounds, where she stumbled into the open. With wide eyes, Fran saw that there was a bigger world waiting for her outside of the forest. Fran left the forest for three nights, wondering and exploring the nearby area. As the days pasted her by, she realized that she wanted more out of life than what the Viera had given her. She wanted freedom….
When she returned to the village, Fran stayed one day, and on the following night, she privately said farewell to her sisters and left without anyone’s knowledge.
Ever since, Fran has been on her own. To get by, she has learned to steal and her skills quickly gained her the company of other pirates and thieves along the way. One pirate she came to meet was a man named Balthier, and he was one of the first outsiders Fran developed a close relationship with. After a large raid, Fran and Balthier decided it would be best for the party to separate until things died down.
Fran is an excellent archer, due to her training with the Viera. She is also good at the thief trade, but she also has a passion for working on and repairing mechanical things.
No, I am not Fran (she was made by Square-Enix). This is just for an RP, and it's my way of showing my love for Final Fantasy!
